Pigeons have an image problem. The Wild Bird Fund has decided to take over New York with pigeon positivity. The campaign centers around little known pigeon facts. 

 

Example facts:  

• Pigeons see five more colors than humans. 

• Darwin studied pigeons before finches when formulating his theory of evolution. 

• Doves and pigeons are genetically identical.

• A pigeon saved 200 American lives in WW1.
